We believe churches need people like us who understand where they are coming from and people like us who can speak their language. CSG leaders are all former staff members from significant churches.

Over the past 5 years we have refined our services to focus on things like Strategic Operational Planning - headed up by Bart Rendel of Central Christian Church in Las Vegas.

Capital Campaigns are headed up by Phil Ling, former Senior Pastor of Broadway Christian Church in Lexington, KY, and prior to that, a church planter in Seattle and a fund raising guru with Injoy.

Facility and Techology services continue to be spearheaded by Bruce Smith, formerly of Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago.

In addition to Bruce, our facility and technology teams have members from significant churches like Seacoast in South Carolina, Fellowship in Dallas, and Grace Community in Indianapolis.

We say we do five things - five things that we have decades of experience in from being on staff at significant churches.
